These policies apply to services provided by Junk Patrol. By scheduling or purchasing services from Junk Patrol, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you contact Junk Patrol as soon as possible.

Customers are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling a scheduled service.

Junk Patrol reserves the right to reschedule a service due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances that could prevent our team from safely completing the job.

Refund Policy

Because Junk Patrol provides physical junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and related services, payments for completed services are generally non-refundable.

If you believe there is an error with your invoice or charge, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

Any refund or adjustment approved by Junk Patrol will be determined based on the individual circumstances of the service.

Return Policy

Junk Patrol provides services rather than physical retail products. Therefore, traditional product returns do not apply.

Once items have been removed from a customer’s property and transported for disposal, recycling, donation, or other processing, Junk Patrol generally cannot guarantee that those items can be located or returned.

Customers are responsible for confirming which items should and should not be removed before our team begins hauling them away.

Pricing & Estimates

Junk Patrol provides estimates based on the information available before or at the time of service.

Final pricing may depend on factors including the amount and type of material being removed, volume, labor requirements, accessibility, special handling requirements, recycling or disposal requirements, and other circumstances discovered during the job.

Customers will be informed of applicable pricing before work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

Payment Policy

Payment is due according to the terms provided for the customer’s service.

Junk Patrol may accept approved electronic or other payment methods. Customers are responsible for paying the agreed-upon amount for services performed.

Additional charges will not be added without a legitimate service-related reason.

Shipping Policy

Junk Patrol is a service-based junk removal and hauling company and does not currently ship physical products to customers.

Because our services are performed at customer locations, traditional shipping and delivery policies do not apply.

Junk Patrol will make reasonable efforts to perform services professionally and carefully. Customers should inform our team of any special property conditions or concerns before work begins.
